Terms & Refund Policy
Who you're buying from. SummitCert Publications ("we," "us") is an independent, digital-first publisher of certification exam study materials. These Terms govern every purchase made through this website.
What you're buying. Access to a digital study portal and/or related practice materials published by SummitCert Publications. Access is delivered as a code and/or link sent to the email you provide at checkout.
Lifetime access, one-time purchase. Portal Access is a single, one-time purchase that grants permanent access to that exam's portal — there is no subscription and no renewal fee, ever.
Add-ons (Extra Mock Exam / Higher-Difficulty Tier / Digital Flashcards). These are optional, standalone purchases — they do not include or require Portal Access. Each is custom content prepared specifically for your order and delivered as its own unique link and access code, separate from any portal. You may purchase any add-on as many times as you like; every order comes with a new batch, different from the one you previously purchased. Because each is prepared specifically for your order, add-ons are non-refundable once delivered.
Delivery. After your order and payment are confirmed, your access code and/or link is sent to your email. Portal Access codes usually arrive within minutes. Custom add-ons are delivered instantly when a ready-made set is available for your order; if one has to be freshly prepared, it's delivered within 24 hours. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Fair use. Access codes and bonus content links/codes are for the personal study use of the purchaser only. Do not share, publish, resell, or post your code publicly. We may monitor for unusual or excessive use of a single code and may revoke access without refund where fair use is clearly being abused.
- •Because access is digital and delivered directly to the email you provide, refunds are not automatic and are not guaranteed simply because one is requested.
- •Before approving any refund, we verify from our end that (a) the access code/link was successfully delivered to the email provided, and (b) the code itself is valid and functions correctly. This may take a short time to check.
- •If our records show the code was delivered and is valid, a refund will not be issued — instead we will help you get into your portal (for example, by re-sending the code to the correct address).
- •Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, with your order email, through the Contact & Support form.
- •Custom add-ons (see above) are non-refundable once delivered.
- •Printed books purchased on Amazon are covered by Amazon's own return policy, not this one — please use Amazon's return process for physical book issues.
- •Card payments are processed by a third-party payment provider (currently Gumroad and/or Flutterwave), which may independently authorize a refund or reverse a charge under its own policies — separately from, and regardless of, the window above.
Payments. Card payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card details — they're handled entirely by that processor.
Checkout price. The amount shown at checkout is generated automatically from your cart and reflects the correct total for the items you selected. On some payment pages this amount may appear in an editable field. Either way, we will not automatically fulfill an order whose payment does not match its cart:
- •Paid less than the cart total: your order is held for review; at our discretion we will either request the remaining balance before delivering everything you ordered, or reach out about what can be delivered for the amount actually received. Deliberately underpaying to obtain content you have not paid for is not permitted and may result in your order being cancelled and refunded.
- •Paid more than the cart total: your order is likewise held rather than auto-fulfilled; we will either refund the excess (excluding any VAT/sales tax already charged and remitted on that excess, which is not refundable) or, if you'd prefer, agree with you on additional products to add to your order so it accurately matches what you paid.
Translated study content. On portals where a study-language option is offered, translated questions, terms, and formulas are a comprehension aid generated to help you study in your own language — not the official exam content or language. Certification exams are administered in the language set by their certifying body (typically English), regardless of any study language you select here.
No affiliation / no guarantee. SummitCert Publications is an independent study-resource publisher and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any certifying body or exam board. We do not guarantee any exam result, but we do believe thorough use of our materials meaningfully increases your odds of success. Our materials are carefully developed study aids, not the official exam questions or content.
Study-Confidence Council disclaimer. The Council offers encouragement and a calmer frame of mind — Council members are supportive listeners, not licensed professionals, tutors, or exam coaches. Nothing here is professional, legal, medical, or exam-board advice. Always rely on your official exam materials and qualified professionals.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SummitCert Publications is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our materials or services, including exam outcomes. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that specific product.
Eligibility. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is older, to purchase from us.
Changes to these terms. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date below reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
