Free NBCOT COTA Exam Flashcards

By about 4 to 6 months infants typically roll, by about 6 to 8 months they sit without support, and crawling and pulling to stand tend to follow between 8 and 12 months, with independent walking commonly appearing near 12 to 15 months. These are ranges rather than deadlines, so a COTA gathers information on the pattern and reports concerns to the OTR instead of diagnosing a delay.
